Reviewers evaluate manuscripts on the basis of originality, methodology, reproducibility, scientific rigor, and ethical compliance within a standard window of 2 to 4 weeks.

Sponsorship, Funding, and Revenue Disclosure

Jurnal Farmasi Indonesia operates transparently under the stewardship of the Indonesian Pharmacists Association (IAI). Routine publishing costs, OJS portal maintenance, layout typesetting, permanent DOI registration via Crossref, and long-term digital archiving are supported by publisher allocations and Article Processing Charges (APCs) applied to accepted manuscripts.

All editorial and peer-review decisions are strictly independent; manuscript acceptance is evaluated solely on scientific rigor and empirical quality, entirely insulated from financial contributions. Complete details regarding the current APC schedule can be accessed directly at: https://jfi-online.org/index.php/jfi/apc.

Archiving and Digital Preservation (LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, & PKP PN)

To ensure long-term preservation, permanent digital archiving, and continuous access to published articles across generations, JFI utilizes distributed preservation architectures:

  • LOCKSS & CLOCKSS Archival Systems: This journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating research libraries, permitting these libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
